NAME: DataPortability Healthcare Task Force
CHARTER: To identify the unique requirements within the generalized healthcare domain to support the ability for networked entities to access and otherwise leverage consumer-centric data. Once identified, the Task Force will publish guidance to facilitate user-controlled, privacy-respecting data portability. The published work of the Task Force will be proposed for ratification by the DataPortability Project Steering Group to encourage its distribution and adoption.
PARTICIPATION: This Task Force will be open to public participation both via the discussion lists and on the publicly scheduled teleconferences. Task Force Membership (i.e. members who can cast votes when necessary according to RRONR) is limited to participants nominated by an existing Member, whose nomination is accepted by the Chair, and is voted in by a simple majority the existing Members. Members will be listed as Primary Authors of the published work, with other contributing participants acknowledged as Contributors.
COMMITMENT: Discussion list participation, monthly teleconferences, public document authorship
