NO VOTE HELD - SUPERCEDED BY POSTPONEMENT FOR CLARIFICATION
+ MOTION by Trent: Postpone the vote on this call for clarification. Clearly author proposals to seed the Steering Group membership and place them in the wiki [location TBD by Elias]. They must be in final form (i.e. no more edits) by July 7th 00:01 GMT, after which time they can be voted upon. Votes will be recorded on a Steering Group teleconference scheduled for July 9th at 23:00 GMT, or they can be sent via the Steering Group discussion list (received no later than 23:00 GMT on July 9th).
