The DataPortability Project Healthcare Task Force met on Thursday, November 13, 2008.  The goal of the Task Force is to identify the unique requirements within the generalized healthcare domain to support the ability for networked entities to access and otherwise leverage consumer-centric data.  Once identified, the Task Force will publish guidance to facilitate user-controlled, privacy-respecting data portability. The published work of the Task Force will be proposed for ratification by the DataPortability Project Steering Group to encourage its distribution and adoption.

Check out the main Healthcare Task Force page for more details.

Danny Housseas
--Co-Founder Insqribe.com
--Co-Founder Acratus Pty Ltd

I'm an entrepreneur, mobile marketing evangelist and collaboration system specialist. I have a passion for everything mobile and want to see a world where I can run my life from a hand-held device. I really dislike carrying laptops around. Of course, this would be a world where I would have complete control of my data and its destiny.

Insqribe.com is a 2 dimensional barcode campaign management system. A tool for connecting print to the web via a barcode that acts as a hyperlink. Users scan a barcode with the camera on their mobile phone and are instantly transported to a website. Acratus Pty Ltd is a Mobile Marketing company helping brands communicate with consumers in new and exciting ways..

Prior to starting Acratus I worked in many corporate and government organisations managing the development of SMS campaign management systems, workflow and collaboration systems, most recently in the entertainment industry. I have held many roles from Project Manager to CTO.

I am a health and fitness junky, a musician, and a fanatical football (soccer) fan.
